Now we know the market wasn't the greatest but we weren't even getting views and the houses around us in our neighborhood that were similar went under contract. Here comes Holly!!!  Literally, Holly and her team along with carloads of staging items entered our home.  They spent the day making our home look like a model home.  That day Holly became a part of our family--even including my 3 year old when I had to work. Three weeks after Holly listed our house with amazing photography and videography, we had multiple offers on our house in quite honestly a horrible market. This allowed our family to move together for the military move we had to make. During the entire process from day one Holly's communication was fully transparent and consistent.  We never had to ask questions because she was providing more information than we had ever received before. Not only is Holly extremely professional but she is very personal and cares for not only your house but your family.  I honestly cannot say enough good things about her.
