Feeling Grateful: June 2026 Top Producer

Feeling Grateful: June 2026 Top Producer

Some months in real estate feel big.
And then there are months like this one.

I’m incredibly honored (and honestly still a little in awe) to have been recognized as one of Mallach & Company’s Top Producers for June 2026, and I’m even more humbled by what this month represented.

June wasn’t just busy. It was one of those months that reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

Behind every showing, contract, late-night phone call, inspection, negotiation, and closing table was a person, a family, a dream, and a story. That’s the part of real estate that never gets old for me.

This business has never been about numbers.

It’s about trust.

It’s about helping people navigate major life decisions with confidence.

It’s about showing up, doing the hard work, protecting your clients, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

The fact that this June’s sales volume was such a standout is something I’m deeply proud of… but even more than that, I’m grateful.

Grateful for my clients who trust me with some of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Grateful for my family, who support me through the crazy schedules, emotional rollercoasters, and nonstop pace this career can bring.

Grateful for my colleagues at Mallach & Company, who continue to inspire me and push excellence forward every day.

And grateful for this community, Liberty Hill, Leander, Georgetown, Austin, and beyond, that has allowed me to build a business rooted in relationships.

If you know me, you know I lead with heart. Always.

I believe in genuine hospitality. I believe in answering the phone. I believe in telling the truth, working hard, and doing right by people.

That’s how I was raised, and that’s how I do business.

Real estate can be exciting, emotional, messy, beautiful, and unpredictable all at once, and I love being the steady hand in the middle of it.

Whether I’m helping someone stage their home to sell, find the perfect property, negotiate a strong deal, or simply figure out where to start, my goal stays the same:

To help you realize your goal.

That’s it.

And we can do this.

Outside of real estate, I’m still the same girl who loves a good Texas sunset, a lake view, a Hill Country trail, sweet tea on a patio, and laughing until I cry at the kitchen table with my family over probably inappropriate dad jokes.

That balance keeps me grounded.

It reminds me what “home” really means.

And that’s why helping people find theirs (or say goodbye to one they’ve loved) means so much to me.

To every client, friend, referral partner, and supporter: thank you.

This recognition may have my name on it, but it was built on your trust.

And I don’t take that lightly.

And while this month has been an incredible milestone for me personally, one of the greatest gifts in this business is not doing it alone.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t take a moment to celebrate my teammate, Shelley Clawson, for earning Mallach & Company’s Second Quarter 2026 Top Producer recognition. That is an extraordinary accomplishment, and one that reflects exactly who Shelley is: hardworking, committed, deeply knowledgeable, and always putting her clients first.

Working alongside Shelley has been one of the greatest blessings of my career. Together, we bring different strengths to the table, but what makes it work is the trust, respect, and shared passion we have for serving people well.

There’s a special kind of magic that happens when you align with someone who shares your work ethic, your heart for clients, and your vision for what real estate should feel like.

This season of growth for both of us feels especially meaningful because it’s proof that when you build something rooted in authenticity, service, and grit… good things follow.

Shelley, I’m so proud of you.

And I’m incredibly grateful for what we’re building together through Holly & Shelley Homes.

The best is still ahead.

Here’s to more hard work, more answered prayers, more new beginnings… and helping even more people find their way home.

With gratitude,
Holly
